Are you trying to lose weight but the pounds aren’t falling off fast enough? Are you losing the weight, but can’t seem to tell? This skirt is for you! Last year, the illusion dresses was pretty popular. It gave the illusion that you were slimmer than you really were. Celebrities were seen everywhere on the red carpets and events sporting this look.
This pattern gives the same effect, but the best part is, it’s customizable! I was able to choose whatever print I wanted; solid or bold. (View D) The skirt was pretty easy to make as usual. The waistband I think was the most time consuming, because I had to stitch it by hand. I think it came out pretty nice though. What do you think? Scroll below to see the easy to follow tutorial. Fall is my absolute favorite season. I love EVERYTHING about it. The smell, the food, and ofcourse, the clothes. So since Fall is around the corner, I decided to bring you the perfect Fall transitioning piece. Circle skirts are the best transitioning piece when it comes to Fall fashion. They are perfect paired with bare legs or colored tights.
The pattern that I chose for this skirt is awesome for those that have never sewn a thing in their lives. The steps in this pattern is extremely easy to follow and this skirt is so fast and easy that you may want to make more than one. I know I am! Black and white is a must have trend for Fall so I chose this black and white ethnic printed linen fabric. I absolutely love it! It’s color is toned down, yet the print is so bold. The fabric and pattern were both purchased at JoAnn Fabrics.

I will be tailoring my shop to each new season to provide the best quality items for you as a consumer to look your best. My shop has been closed for a little while now because i have been working long and hard coming up with fashionable items to upgrade your closet. My shop is set to open on September 1, 2013.
To describe my NEW shop, I would simply describe it by stating that its “A modern take on afforable luxuries. Classic pieces to upgrade your clozet and to keep you ahead of today’s current trends.”
So allow me to first introduce you to my handbags. I will have a permanent collection and I will have a seasonal collection. The seasonal bags will only be short-lived. They will last for only that season. So, if you have your heart set on a bag, you better hurry up and grab one before they are all gone.
